Hezbollah Launches Aid Initiative for War-Affected Lebanese

Hezbollah’s Executive Council announced a comprehensive support plan aimed at assisting war-affected regions across Lebanon, irrespective of political or sectarian affiliations, as the Lebanese government has yet to present its own aid strategy.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hezbollah has officially launched a supportive initiative to cover war-torn areas in Lebanon, disregarding political or sectarian leanings. Ali Dammoush, the head of Hezbollah’s Executive Council, announced the plan today, emphasizing the party’s religious and moral obligation to aid their people, especially given the Lebanese government’s apparent lack of direct support programs.

Dammoush highlighted that the Lebanese people have sacrificed their lives and property against the “Zionist enemy,” but the Lebanese administration has failed to alleviate their suffering, instead exacerbating problems through controversial and misleading stances. He asserted that the resistance is deeply rooted among the populace, unlike conventional armies, and is committed to confronting occupation until it is expelled. Dammoush also noted that some individuals who had hoped for the resistance’s failure obstructed aid efforts for those in need.
