Oman and Russia Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Developments

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke with Oman‘s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Badr Albusaidi, via telephone on Tuesday. The discussion focused on the trajectory of bilateral relations between Russia and Oman.

Both sides engaged in deliberations regarding several key areas for the expansion of joint cooperation between Muscat and Moscow. The foreign ministers also consulted on coordinating diplomatic visits and communications for the upcoming period.

During the call, the two officials exchanged views on the most prominent current issues and the latest political developments unfolding in the Middle East.
