US Senator Al-Sayed Objects to American Tax Dollars Funding Israeli Military Operations

US Senator Abdulrahman Mohamed Al-Sayed declared that American taxpayers should not fund weapons purchases for Israel, raising concerns over international law, regional peace, and foreign aid allocations.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, US Senator Abdulrahman Mohamed Al-Sayed stated on Friday that American citizens do not pay taxes to finance the purchase of bombs or tanks for use by Israel.

Continuing his remarks, the political figure asserted his belief that there is currently no discernible movement toward peace, dignity, and independence for either Palestinians or Israelis.

He further questioned how guarantees can be established to ensure that funds derived from citizen taxes are not funneled toward genocide, apartheid, or external conflicts, while also emphasizing the importance of pursuing equal rights and adherence to international law.

In another segment of his address, the US Senator noted that this critical perspective is not limited solely to Israel, stating that he maintains a comparable policy approach regarding foreign assistance to Egypt, Pakistan, and Jordan.
