Zelensky demanded more freedom of action
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy asked the western supporters of his country to give freedom to the Ukrainian army to respond to Russian attacks due to the increase in the number of Russian attacks.
According to Al-Quds al-Arabi report, Zelensky said in his usual evening video: “The sooner the world helps us to deal with the Russian planes that drop these bombs, the sooner we can attack Russian military infrastructure and Russian military airports and We will get closer to peace.
Ukraine’s military has long asked the West to allow it to attack Russian bases and air bases with heavy weapons inside Russia, far from the front lines. So far, Western countries have allowed Ukraine to use its weapons and ammunition near the front line and in the border region with Russia. In its attacks on remote areas of Russia, Ukraine relied on domestically produced missiles, which lack the efficiency of more advanced missiles from abroad.
Zelensky previously complained about the continuation of Russian attacks and once again asked the West to provide more assistance in the field of air defense.
