He addressed the ministers present in this meeting and said: In order to make the Caspian Sea a real symbol of friendship, progress and development, we need to strengthen collective interaction and cooperation as much as possible. We have no choice but to move towards structuring cooperation in the Caspian Sea. In this regard, it is necessary to create a secretariat or an organization that can manage and monitor all areas of cooperation in the Caspian Sea. It welcomes sea-oriented economy and joint investments in the fields of maritime transport, ports and navigation, fisheries, maritime tourism, the creation of free trade zones and reasonable and sustainable exploitation of the living resources of the Caspian Sea.

The foreign minister said: Unfortunately, the continuation of the Caspian Sea water in recent years has had negative effects on port facilities and shipping, the ecosystem, aquatic life and the unique wetlands of the Caspian Sea, and has caused an increase in pollutants in the provinces. has become the coast of the Caspian Sea.
