The bodies of 6 Vietnamese tourists were discovered in a luxury hotel in Bangkok.

The Thai police announced the beginning of an investigation into the discovery of the bodies of foreigners in a luxury hotel in this country. 

According to the Reuters news agency, after the bodies of 6 foreigners were discovered in the room of one of the expensive hotels in Bangkok, the local authorities have now started their investigation into this matter. The seventh foreign national related to this incident is now missing and efforts to find him continue. 

Bangkok police spokesperson says: All these people are Vietnamese citizens, and 2 of them have American citizenship. Although these people, including 3 men and 3 women, had two separate incidents, their bodies were discovered in a common room. 

Local authorities emphasize that preliminary research shows that these people did not commit suicide and that someone or other people harmed them. There were no signs of conflict between the deceased. We are looking for any leads to an answer to this story. 

The Prime Minister of Thailand, who visited the crime scene with the security forces today, asked the security authorities to investigate the dimensions of the incident and establish the truth. 

Thailand is highly dependent on the tourism industry and the occurrence of such events can harm the country’s reputation in this area. Local authorities have estimated that 35 million foreign tourists will travel to Thailand this year and contribute more than 33 billion dollars to the country’s economy.
