Ali Bagheri arrived in Japan

According to the foreign policy group Tasnim news agency, Ali Bagheri, the political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country, arrived in Tokyo today on the official invitation of his Japanese counterpart.

In this trip, he is going to meet with Kamikawa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and “Funakoshi”, the senior political deputy of the foreign minister of Japan, will meet.

Bagheri will also meet with the parliamentary officials of this country. Talking with Japanese thinkers is one of his other plans in this trip.

Examination of bilateral relations and regional and international developments will be the most important topics of the talks of the political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Japanese parties.

Earlier, Bagheri had traveled to Beijing to participate in the meeting of the tripartite joint committee of Saudi Arabia, China and Iran.

In this meeting, the positive results achieved in the relations between Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran were reviewed with regard to the Beijing agreement between the two countries under the supervision of the People’s Republic of China last March.

The Saudi and Iranian parties also announced their full commitment to the implementation of the Beijing agreement. The Saudi and Iranian sides emphasized on taking further steps to strengthen relations.

The three sides discussed aspects of trilateral cooperation in various fields.

The three parties, expressing concern over the continuation of the current situation in the Gaza Strip as a threat to security and peace in the region and at the international level, stressed the need to immediately stop military operations in the Gaza Strip and provide sustainable aid. They emphasized this area.

The three parties also emphasized that any arrangement regarding the future of Palestine must be based on the will of the Palestinian people and support the right of the Palestinian people to establish a state.
