Grossi: Necessary talks with Iran continue
According to Mehr News Agency, On Monday night, Grossi published a message on the X social network (former Twitter), and wrote: Today I had a phone call with the Iranian Foreign Minister to follow up on our recent meeting in Tehran.
He added: necessary talks between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency are continuing.
The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency went to Tehran last November in the framework of the technical cooperation of this international organization with Iran and met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization and the President of our country.
During his speech during the last meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency, he described the meetings with Iran’s senior officials as constructive and expressed hope that the continuation of the talks will help to resolve safeguards issues.
The Islamic Republic of Iran, which fully cooperates with the Agency within the framework of the safeguards agreements, emphasizes that the remaining safeguards issues can be solved with a professional approach and without the agency’s bias.
