In this regard, Robert Fico, the prime minister of Slovakia, had previously criticized Kiev’s decision to stop the transfer of Russian gas from Ukraine.

Fico wrote on Facebook: Stopping gas transmission through Ukraine will have difficult consequences for all of us in the European Union, but it will not harm Russia.
