They emphasized in this letter that the legal vacuum in Syria is the beginning of many concerns in this country and the laws related to the transitional period should be approved.

These people also announced that experts and legal experts will be employed in Syria to develop new laws.

It should be mentioned that Jolani announced in a press interview that holding presidential elections and drafting a constitution in Syria will take several years!
