According to the report of the regional office of Tasnim news agency, “Molabed al-Ghani Baradar, the deputy prime minister of the Taliban government, stated that a road is being built in Wakhan city of Badakhshan province in the northeast of Afghanistan, and with its completion, a new route will be created between Afghanistan and China.
He added that this road, which connects Afghanistan and China, can be a route for the movement and transfer of commercial goods of the two countries.
The previous government of Afghanistan in Ardibehesht 1400 announced that this road is 49.7 kilometers long and starts from “Bezhai Gonbad Khurd” area in Pamir Badakhshan and will continue until the end of Wakhan city and reach the border of China.
Molabradar made these statements on the occasion of the opening of a mosque in Kandahar province and said that this road will help the economy of Afghanistan.
