America: No news of normalization of relations between Washington and Damascus for now
U.S. State Department Spokesperson Responds to Relations with teh Terrorist Al-Julani Regime
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency and al-Mayadeen, Tommy Bruce, spokesperson for the U.S. State Department, confirmed that some representatives of the terrorist Al-Julani regime are present in New York.
He added that the U.S. government continues its cautious investigations regarding Syria.
Bruce stated: “We judge based on the actions of Syria’s new rulers. Under current circumstances, we are not normalizing diplomatic relations with Syria, and no announcements will be made on this matter.”
Regarding Ukraine and Russia, he said: “Both sides must present tangible proposals to end the war—if no progress is made, we will step back from our mediating role.”
