Pakistan’s ambassador in Tehran Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Tehran stated: Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
According to a report by the English section of “webangah News Agency“ citing Mehr News agency, Muhammad Mudassir Tipu, Pakistan’s ambassador to Tehran, addressed recent tensions between his country and India during a press conference on Wednesday. He said: “Our region faces a serious threat to peace and stability—a threat stemming from the provocative and politically charged environment India has created following the Pulwama attack. Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms. We have also expressed condolences for the Pulwama attack.”
The Pakistani ambassador added: “As a member of the United Nations Security Council, Islamabad engaged constructively with other members in issuing a press statement through the National Security Council regarding the Pulhagam incident. The UN Security Council’s statement also strongly condemns this incident.”
He further stated: “pakistan has been a victim of terrorism planned, organized, and supported by India. It is indeed regrettable that India continues to employ baseless accusations as part of its disinformation strategy for political gains. This is not the first time India has resorted to such tactics.”
Recent tensions between India and Pakistan escalated after an armed attack on tourists in Kashmir resulted in 26 fatalities.
