Iranian Sources ⁣Point to Reasons Behind Delay in Tehran-Washington Talks

According to a report⁢ by the English section‍ of “webangah News Agency” citing Mehr News Agency,‍ Iranian sources in talks with Al-Mayadeen network ⁣emphasized that the fourth round of indirect negotiations between Tehran adn ⁤Washington in Rome has been postponed.

Thes sources added⁢ that the delay was due to⁢ contradictory positions by ⁤the ⁢U.S.government ​regarding the talks.

They​ stated:⁣ “Washington attempted to alter the previously agreed-upon‌ framework for negotiations.”

The sources further‌ clarified that talks between Iran and Europe,‍ scheduled ⁢for tomorrow, have also been postponed.
