GCC Secretary General’s anger over Tel Aviv attack on Damascus
Last night’s Israeli airstrike near Joulani’s residence in Damascus sparks Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary-General’s anger toward Tel Aviv.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Khaleej Online, Jasem Albudaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), condemned the Israeli regime’s airstrike near Joulani’s residence as a dangerous act that threatens regional stability. He stated that this attack confirms the occupiers’ approach to fueling conflicts and creating crises in the Middle East.Albudaiwi expressed the GCC’s opposition and condemnation of these reckless actions by the Israeli regime, which jeopardize Syria’s sovereignty and stability. He emphasized the importance of respecting Syria’s sovereignty,independence,and territorial integrity while rejecting any foreign interference in its internal affairs.Earlier, Qatar and saudi Arabia had also reacted to this attack, strongly condemning it.
