Turkish President Calls Zionist Regime’s Attack on Gaza Aid Ship “piracy”
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and daily Sabah, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan described the recent drone attack on ships carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza as “piracy” and “sea robbery.”
Erdoğan condemned the crimes of the Zionist regime in the Gaza Strip, stating that “the world is certainly bigger than israel and must extinguish the fire Israel has ignited in the region.”
Speaking to reporters during his visit to Northern Cyprus, he said: “Committing this attack is pure piracy and sea robbery. Israel carries out massacres while the world remains silent. They commit genocide before our eyes, yet the world stays quite.”
The Turkish president added: “After failing to achieve their goals with bombs and missiles, Israelis now aim to defeat Palestinians by cutting off their access to food and medicine.”
Erdoğan claimed: “We closely monitor Israel’s actions or plans regarding Turkey. Israel does not hesitate to set fire to the region and is deeply concerned about Turkey’s power in it.Israel has become accustomed to being the greatest threat against international law—violating it routinely.”
