Zionist regime media admit the failure of their defense systems against a Yemeni missile that targeted Ben Gurion Airport.
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Al Jazeera, Zionist regime media have acknowledged the failure of their defense systems in intercepting a Yemeni missile that targeted Ben Gurion Airport.
In this regard,Yedioth Ahronoth admitted: The air defense systems failed to intercept the Yemeni missile that hit Ben Gurion Airport. Initially, the Hetz (Arrow) missile defense system fired but did not succeed, followed by an attempted interception by the American-made THAAD system—which also failed.
Simultaneously occurring, Ben Gurion Airport has been shut down following the Yemeni attack. The missile struck near Terminal 3 of the airport, dangerously close to an aircraft during landing and left a 25-meter crater at Lod Airport.
Following this attack, millions of settlers rushed to shelters, all entrances leading to the airport were closed, and train services were suspended.
International airlines have canceled their flights to occupied Palestine today.Yahya Saree, spokesperson for Yemen’s Armed Forces, stated: We warn airlines not to approach Ben Gurion Airport as it is unsafe.
