Russian air defense destroyed 2 Ukrainian JDAMs
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced in a statement the interception and destruction of 2 Ukrainian guided aerial bombs (JDAM) during the continuation of Moscow’s special military operation over the past day.
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and RIA Novosti, Russia’s Ministry of Defense released a statement on Sunday detailing developments in its ongoing special military operation in Ukraine over the past 24 hours.
The Russian Ministry of Defense further stated: A Neptune missile system belonging to Ukraine’s armed forces was destroyed. Units from the Central Group improved their positions, while Ukraine lost over 520 soldiers, 2 tanks, and an ammunition depot.
The statement adds: Air defense systems eliminated 2 JDAM guided aerial bombs, an American-made HIMARS multiple rocket launcher system, and 146 Ukrainian drones. Ukrainian forces suffered total losses of 1,485 troops across all fronts.
