Russia’s Security Council Secretary Says Moscow’s ”Special Military Operation” in Ukraine Has Significantly Impacted Global Power Balance
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and TASS, Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of Russia’s Security Council, described the impact of the country’s special military operation in Ukraine on the global power balance as highly important.Shoigu stated: “The main threats to our country’s security were identified as attempts to weaken central governance, independence, and territorial integrity, as well as the destruction of Russia’s spiritual and moral values.”
He added: “The decision to neutralize these threats through the special military operation in Ukraine has significantly altered the balance of power on the global stage.”
