Investigative Documentary Reveals Identity of al Jazeera Journalist’s Killer
According to a report by the English section of “webangah News Agency” citing Mehr News Agency, Al Jazeera announced that an investigative documentary by the platform “Zito” has exposed the identity of an Israeli soldier, Alon Skajio, as the perpetrator behind the killing of shirin Abu Aqleh, a journalist for the network.
The documentary also revealed data about efforts by the Zionist regime and the United States to conceal details and circumstances surrounding the assassination of this Palestinian journalist.Another part of the report states that Skajio, Abu Aqleh’s killer, was killed during a military operation in Jenin last June.
Abu Aqleh was fatally shot in the head on May 11, 2022 (21 Ordibehesht 1401 in Persian calendar), while covering an Israeli army attack on Jenin in the West Bank.
