Tripartite meeting of Turkey Jordan and Syria to be held in Ankara
Trilateral Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Jordan, and Syria to Be Held Tomorrow in Ankara.
According to a report by the english section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Anadolu Agency,Hakan Fidan,Turkey’s foreign Minister,will emphasize his country’s support for what Ankara describes as Damascus’ efforts to strengthen security and stability during the trilateral meeting of foreign ministers from Turkey,Jordan,and Syria. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 12, in Ankara.
The Turkish Foreign minister will highlight the importance of regional cooperation and stress that the aggressive stance of the Zionist regime toward Syria and other countries in the region must come to an end.
He is expected to declare that there is no place for any terrorist group in the future of the region and that Turkey is determined to ensure this.
Fidan will also emphasize the need for a shared understanding based on “regional solutions for regional problems” in addressing common challenges such as terrorism. He will underscore the significance of solidarity among neighboring countries, stating: “Cooperation between Syria and its neighbors in combating terrorism will contribute to regional and global security.”
