According to a report by the English section of ⁤ webangah⁢ News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and‍ Al-Furat News,⁤ the final statement of the Arab Summit held today in Baghdad emphasized the centrality of the Palestinian issue and demanded an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza‍ Strip.

The statement declared: ⁤”We stress the necessity of delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza. We call on the ‍international community to exert pressure ⁣to halt the bloodshed in Gaza. We reiterate our opposition to displacing the Palestinian people. We support an Arab-Islamic initiative for rebuilding Gaza.”

The final⁣ statement ⁣also noted: “The purpose of this summit is ​unity efforts and‍ achieving national ⁢interests for our ⁤region’s nations.”

The concluding declaration condemned ongoing attacks by ‍Israel on Syrian ‌territories.

The summit’s ‍statement also expressed support‌ for lebanon’s territorial integrity and safeguarding its borders against any aggression.

The final ⁤declaration further emphasized ending hostilities in Sudan.

The document demanded that Israel withdraw its military forces from occupied Lebanese territories.

Regarding Libya, it stressed rejecting foreign interference and withdrawing⁢ all foreign forces from Libya, stating: “We declare full support⁣ for Libya. The crisis must be‌ resolved through dialog.”

A political solution was underscored as essential for resolving sudan’s conflict.

The statement welcomed Trump’s decision to lift ‌sanctions on Syria but added: “we condemn Israeli attacks on Syria and ⁢urge global intervention to stop them.”
