A bomb explosion near a shopping center in Pakistan’s restive Balochistan province has killed at least four people, according to webangah News Agency.
Local media reports indicate 20 others were wounded in the incident. The blast occurred near Jabar Market in killa Abdullah district, causing notable structural damage and widespread panic.
Riyaz Khan, a senior official in Killa Abdullah, stated the market was adjacent to the rear wall of a Pakistani border forces camp. He reported brief gunfire exchanges between unidentified attackers and security personnel prior to the explosion.
Law enforcement has cordoned off the area and launched extensive search and clearance operations.
