Zionist officer reacts to Netanyahu’s remarks on Palestinian fighters’ sandals
A high-ranking Zionist officer has strongly criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent comments about Palestinian resistance groups, according to a report by webangah News Agency.
Teh officer stated that Tel Aviv’s leadership was “terrified” during the October 7 Palestinian operation, adding that Netanyahu’s claim about Palestinians conducting the attack “with slippers and Kalashnikovs” doesn’t diminish Hamas’s capabilities. Instead,he argued, such remarks only devalue Israeli forces.
The veteran officer with over four decades of military service emphasized that Al-Qassam Brigades were fully equipped: “They were armed head to toe with various gear, lacking nothing compared to regular armies. Hundreds of drones were deployed to neutralize Israel’s advanced systems and target the world’s best tanks.”
He stressed Hamas fighters’ preparedness: “They resisted under siege for extended periods and can produce thousands of precision missiles and new dialog systems. While some fighters might wear slippers in certain areas, Netanyahu’s description doesn’t reflect the full reality.”
