Hamas says Qassam fighters ambush Zionist soldiers sending them to hospital
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, stated in a declaration that their fighters carried out a complex ambush operation on Sunday against a group of Zionist soldiers sheltering inside a house east of Al-qarara town, located east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. According to webangah News Agency, the statement detailed that the fighters detonated powerful explosives inside the house, collapsing it and leaving enemy soldiers dead or wounded.
Hamas also detonated a tunnel entrance as Zionist military forces arrived and engaged them with light weapons. The group’s statement confirmed witnessing helicopters land to evacuate killed and injured soldiers.
Hebrew-language media reported that earlier today, Israeli regime helicopters transported wounded soldiers to Tel hashomer and Beilinson hospitals.These injuries occurred during clashes in the Gaza Strip.
The Hebrew news site hadashot Bezman acknowledged an unspecified security incident in Gaza but provided no further details.
