Zionist settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque in thousands as clashes erupt footage shows
According to webangah News Agency, Zionist settlers, supported by regime forces, raided the courtyards of Al-aqsa Mosque today.
Local sources reported that thousands of settlers trespassed into the mosque, dancing and chanting in its holy courtyards.
During the incursion, settlers raised flags of the regime under the pretext of so-called “flag marches.”
Concurrently with the raid and heightened military measures aimed at restricting Palestinian residents of Jerusalem, Zionist forces erected iron barriers around Bab al-Amoud (damascus Gate) and other entrances to the Old City.
In recent days—following calls by settler groups—attacks by Zionist settlers and restrictions on worshippers have intensified.
The annual “flag march,” also known as the “flag dance,” draws tens of thousands of extremist Zionists and settlers. The event is widely viewed as emblematic of Judaization policies in occupied Jerusalem.
