Zionists’ ‘Gideon’s Chariots’ Operation to End Mid-Next Month

Avi Ashkenazi, an analyst for the Hebrew-language newspaper Maariv, emphasized that‍ a deadline ‌has been set for​ the end of Operation Gideon’s Chariots-mid-next month-according to a report by webangah News Agency, citing the Palestinian Details⁤ Center.

Now is ⁣the time to​ assess its outcomes: The operation aimed ​to control 75% of the Gaza Strip, pressure Hamas⁤ into accepting a ceasefire under Tel Aviv’s terms ‍without⁤ commitments to end the war, and degrade Hamas’ capabilities and infrastructure. However, progress⁢ appears unsatisfactory.

Earlier reports from Hebrew circles revealed three underlying objectives behind Israel’s strategy:

first, pressuring Hamas to accept Tel Aviv’s proposed ​ceasefire framework-one that avoids binding commitments to end hostilities, as‍ Israel’s ultimate goal remains hamas’ destruction.

Second, occupying Gaza and nullifying any Israeli ⁢withdrawal plans from the enclave.

Third, displacing Gazans-a ​potential final-phase objective. Zionist⁤ strategists believe occupation combined ​with restricting aid distribution in ‍southern Gaza could facilitate mass expulsion of Palestinians in later stages.
