Gaza Death Toll Nears 55,000
According to webangah News Agency, Gaza’s Health Ministry released updated casualty figures from teh Israeli military’s ongoing offensive in the coastal enclave since October 7, 2023.
The ministry stated that 54,927 Palestinians have been killed and 126,615 injured in Gaza since hostilities began. Within the past 24 hours alone, medical teams received 47 bodies and treated 388 new casualties.
A renewed wave of attacks as March 18 has claimed <b4,649 lives</b4 and left <b14,574 wounded.The ministry noted thousands remain missing under rubble across the territory.
<b127 people have been killed<b127 and over<b1,287 injured<b1 at aid distribution centers during the conflict period – including<b6 deaths<b6 and more than<b99 injuries reported in the last day.
