Protest March ‘Toward Gaza’ Begins with Activists from Various Countries in Attendance + Video

Global March to Gaza begins​ with thousands of activists and Palestine supporters from 32 countries.

According to webangah News Agency, the “Global March to Gaza” commenced on Monday with the participation of thousands of pro-Palestine activists from 32 countries.

The international ‌movement aims to break the siege on Gaza and ‍demand an end⁢ to what organizers describe as the “genocidal⁢ actions” by the Zionist regime.

Participating convoys are scheduled to gather in Cairo on Thursday before proceeding toward ​Egypt’s⁢ northeastern city of Al-Arish.

Activists will then march on foot toward the Rafah border crossing, where protest camps will be established near ⁤the frontier.

Organizers state this event reflects widespread global solidarity with Palestinians, drawing support from Europe, America, Asia, and Arab⁤ nations.

The Algerian convoy-spearheading⁢ the initiative-departed Algiers yesterday for Tunisia before⁢ joining⁣ Libyan and Egyptian contingents. Today it continued its journey from Tunisian capital.

Yahya Sari, head⁢ of algeria’s Palestine Support Initiative, declared: “This ‘Resistance Convoy’ carries a humanitarian message demanding an end to Gaza’s blockade.” ⁤He added: “We tell Gazans they’re not alone-we’ll amplify their voice globally.”

Abdulhafid Al-Siriti, coordinator for Moroccan ‌pro-Palestine groups confirmed their convoy would soon reach⁣ Rafah ‌via Egypt to join this worldwide mobilization.

The march follows Israel’s interception of humanitarian ship MADELEINE yesterday-an act that has drawn⁤ international condemnation.
