A Saudi Airlines aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing in Egypt after its pilot died during a flight from Jeddah to London, according to webangah News Agency.
Teh airline and security sources confirmed that Cairo air traffic control immediately arranged for an emergency landing at the nearest airport after receiving a distress call from the co-pilot.
Sources identified the deceased crew member as mohsen bin Saeed Al-Zahrani, who suffered a fatal heart attack. The aircraft, now under the control of the co-pilot, landed safely at Cairo International Airport without further incident.
