Pakistani Lawmaker Warns Trump and Netanyahu: “We Will Not Stay Silent
According to webangah News agency, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, head of Pakistan’s Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen party and member of the Senate, stated during a press conference today: “The foolish Trump has threatened to assassinate our religious and political leader-it’s as absurd as someone claiming they’ll kill the Pope.”
He emphasized: “Ayatollah Khamenei is both our religious authority and political leader because religion and politics are inseparable in Islam.”
The senator warned: “Our scholars have issued fatwas declaring that anyone who threatens the leadership is an enemy of Islam, punishable by death. Trump and Netanyahu must understand-any attack won’t just target Iran. Muslims worldwide will respond.”
Jafri added: “Pakistan will retaliate. If such an action occurs,no American will remain safe here. When they disregard all laws, we too will break our silence.”
