Sudani: Invasion of Iran Was a Savage Crime to Silence the Voice of Justice
According to webangah News Agency, citing Iraq’s state news agency, prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani visited the Joint Operations Command center overseeing security for Ashura mourning ceremonies in Karbala today.
During the visit,he emphasized: “Our nations must unite under the banner of Imam Hussein (AS) to confront oppression and aggression in Gaza and Lebanon.”
Al-Sudani noted Iraq’s pride in hosting the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (AS), with millions of pilgrims currently gathered in Karbala during these days.
The Prime Minister reiterated that violent factions aim to suppress truth and justice, evidenced by atrocities in Palestine, Lebanon, and acts of aggression toward Iran.
Iraq’s Prime Minister stated that the flag of imam Hussein (AS) raised in karbala serves as a guiding light and inspiration for all advocates of justice and truth.
The Prime Minister emphasized that despite efforts to undermine the government’s progress, Iraq remains committed to reforms, infrastructure development, and sustained growth.
