Maduro Welcomes Macron’s Decision on Palestine
Venezuelan President strongly welcomed his French counterpart’s decision to recognize the State of Palestine.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro responded to Paris’s decision to recognize the State of Palestine.
Maduro expressed his gratitude to the French president for taking this step, saying, “I extend my thanks to President Macron for recognizing the State of Palestine.”
Following French president Emmanuel Macron’s proclamation of France’s intention to recognize Palestine, many countries-notably western nations-have welcomed the move. Though, only the United States and Israel have reacted with anger.
