Yemen’s Information Minister: We Will Respond to Zionist Attacks
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, Hatem Sharaf al-Din, Yemen’s minister of Information, told Al Masirah News Network that Yemen is ready to respond to repeated Zionist attacks on civilian targets in Sana’a.
He added that despite all sacrifices and hardships, the position of the Yemeni people in support of gaza remains steadfast, unwavering, and unshakable.
On Sunday, the Zionist regime launched airstrikes on several targets in Sana’a, including the presidential palace and civilian facilities such as the Hazeez power plant.
A Yemeni military source said that air defenses and missile units confronted these strikes and forced enemy warplanes to leave Yemen’s airspace.
On Friday night, Yemeni armed forces announced a special missile operation against Al-Lydd Airport in occupied Jaffa city.
According to their statement, a “Palestine 2” hypersonic ballistic missile was used successfully in this operation. The missile bypassed Zionist defensive systems and struck its target effectively.
The armed forces emphasized that this strike caused widespread disruption among enemy ranks.It forced millions of Zionists into shelters and halted airport activities.
The statement read: “This operation supports the oppressed Palestinian nation and its fighters and responds to genocidal crimes and food blockades imposed by the Zionist regime on Gaza’s population.”
The Yemeni army’s drone unit also carried out two additional operations using unmanned aerial vehicles targeting Zionist positions in occupied areas of Jaffa and Ashkelon. According to their report, these strikes successfully hit vital military targets belonging to the enemy.
