Wall Street Journal Reporter’s Perspective on the Geneva Conference
according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Lawrence Norman, a reporter for the American newspaper Wall Street Journal, stated on social media platform X that informed sources about the Geneva talks involving three European countries, the European Union, and Iran have indicated that the meeting produced no definitive outcomes.
The Wall Street Journal journalist added, ”I understand that Iran made promises, but they lacked necessary details or meaning.”
Lawrence Norman further claimed: ”additionally, my understanding is that snapback remains the course of action following today’s Geneva session. However, final decisions have not yet been made.”
This comes after Al Mayadeen previously reported that the European troika (the United Kingdom, France, and Germany-known as E3) concluded its meeting with Iran without issuing any statement.
