Gaza Death Toll Rises to 62,966

According ⁣to the⁢ English section of webangah News Agency, citing ‍the Palestinian Shihab News Agency via ⁣Mehr News Agency, Palestine’s Ministry of Health in⁤ Gaza stated on Thursday in ⁤its‌ daily report that 71 Palestinians were⁣ killed by Israeli attacks across various parts ​of Gaza within ⁤the​ last 24 hours.

The report indicates that‍ 21 of those killed were targeted while waiting in line for food ‌and aid distributed by israel.

The ministry⁢ also confirmed that ⁢339 people were wounded during Israeli strikes over the past day. Additionally, a‌ number of victims remain trapped under rubble or stranded on roads, preventing rescue teams from‌ reaching them.

As the​ onset of ⁢what it describes as Israel’s genocidal war against Gaza on October 7, 2023, the total number ‍of fatalities has ⁤reached 62,966 with 159,266 injured.

Moreover, as March 18, 2025-the beginning⁤ of a new wave of attacks on Gaza-there have been an additional 11,121 deaths and 47,225 injuries⁤ reported.
