Wall Street Journal Reporter Claims Iranian Delegation Traveled to Vienna

Wall Street Journal reporter claims an Iranian diplomatic delegation is set too travel to Vienna today.

A report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, states that Lawrence Norman, a Wall street Journal correspondent, announced on his social media ⁢account “X” that an Iranian diplomatic delegation is scheduled to arrive in Vienna today.

Earlier, Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic⁣ Energy Agency (IAEA), said⁣ on Wednesday that “the current negotiations with Iran concerning ways to resume inspections cannot drag on for months. We hope consultations with Iran⁤ (to ‌reach an agreement on inspections) ⁣will⁤ conclude soon‍ and expect this to happen.”

Without condemning the Zionist aggressors’ attack against Iran,⁢ Grossi claimed: “Efforts are underway to hold ‍another meeting with Iran, possibly within ‍the next few days in Vienna. The latest information regarding Iran’s stock of highly enriched uranium dates back to June before Israel’s attack. Since Israel’s strike, we have received no updates from Iran about its stocks of highly enriched uranium.”

On June 22nd,Washington participated alongside the Zionist⁢ regime in targeting the peaceful nuclear facilities of‍ the Islamic Republic of Iran. ‍Mohamed Eslami, head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, said in a September 1st interview with ⁣state television about ⁤a recent IAEA inspection during fuel replacement‌ at Bushehr nuclear Power Plant: “Cooperation with the ⁣agency is⁣ an ongoing matter ⁣pursued based on parliamentary law. The agency’s oversight over Bushehr’s fuel replacement process was carried out ‍with permission from the Secretariat of the⁣ Supreme ⁣National Security Council. Two inspectors monitored this process and then left.”

He added: “The crucial point is that‍ a legally mandated process remains under negotiation. So far two⁤ meetings have taken place between the ministry of Foreign Affairs and the agency; a third session is forthcoming. The main objection Iran has against the IAEA concerns its management‌ system being influenced by dominant⁢ powers and considers its⁢ Director general as a central problem.”

Previously, Europe’s ⁣troika sent a ‍letter to the United nations Security Council announcing plans to activate the snapback‍ mechanism against⁢ Tehran to reinstate UN sanctions on Iran. Germany, britain, and France declared their decision “to trigger snapback before they lose their ability to reinstate sanctions against Tehran in‌ mid-October.”
