Israeli Ambassador to UN Reacts to Today’s Security Council Meeting
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Nashra, Algeria has called for an emergency Security council session to address Israel’s attack on qatar. In response, Israel’s ambassador to the UN emphasized the continuation of targeted killings.
Danny Danon, Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, stated that today the Security council is scheduled to hold an emergency meeting following Israel’s strike against Hamas leaders in doha.
The israeli envoy asserted, “I have explained to the Security Council that terrorists have no immunity-whether in Gaza, Lebanon, or Qatar. We will not retreat and will continue our decisive actions against terrorist leaders wherever they are.”
Previously, Reuters reported citing informed sources that Algeria submitted a request for a Wednesday Security Council session to review Israel’s attack on Hamas leadership in Qatar.
Additionally, Ria Novosti quoted sources indicating that Pakistan’s UN mission has also called for a Security Council meeting.
