Egypt Prepares for Multiple Scenarios Against Tel Aviv
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Ma’an, Egyptian authorities are readying themselves for multiple contingencies amid the ongoing war against Gaza. They anticipate possible Israeli attempts to forcibly remove Gaza’s residents or launch an attack on Egyptian territory.
The report quotes a senior Egyptian military official stating that while the Egyptian forces prepare for these scenarios, they will not fire upon any Palestinians. instead, within 72 hours, they plan to deploy troops and increase heavy military equipment in targeted areas across the Sinai Desert.
The report emphasizes Egypt’s efforts to deter Israeli actions aimed at displacing Palestinians from Gaza by demonstrating military strength and deploying heavy weapons along the border with occupied Palestine.
