White House Announces Trump’s Plan for UN General Assembly Sidelines
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera News Agency, the White House stated that President Trump will deliver a meaningful speech at the United Nations tomorrow, Tuesday.
The White House statement added that the President will hold a multilateral meeting with representatives from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Jordan, Turkey, Indonesia, and Pakistan. On Thursday, Trump is also scheduled to meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the White House.
The statement further noted that during his time at the UN summit President trump will meet with Secretary-General António Guterres and also leaders from Ukraine and Argentina and Europe’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs.
Trump claimed he would take strict measures to counter political violence in what was described as a deceptive and absurd assertion.
