Israel Escalates Dangerous Measures Against “Samood” Fleet
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, quoting Al-Mayadeen via Mehr News Agency, organizers of the Samud Fleet issued a statement declaring that the Israeli regime has intensified its actions against this humanitarian movement.
The statement explained that in recent weeks,Israel has escalated dangerous measures against the fleet. Tel Aviv is attempting to label it as a security threat to delegitimize this effort and justify future attacks on civilians aboard these ships.
It further noted recent sightings of unidentified drone flights tracking the Samud Fleet, raising concerns for the safety of over 500 activists onboard these vessels.
the statement emphasized that international law fully protects humanitarian missions and civilians involved in them, and any attack on the Samud Fleet would constitute a violation of the Geneva Conventions. The organizers remain determined to continue their journey toward Gaza,aiming to break its cruel blockade.
