Gaza Death Toll Surpasses 66,000; Injuries Exceed 168,000
The palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza issued a statement updating the latest casualties from Israeli army attacks since October 7, 2023, according too the English section of webangah News Agency.
According to this statement, 66,005 people have been killed consequently of Israeli military operations in Gaza from October 7, 2023 to date.
The ministry also reported that the total number of wounded stands at 168,162 as the start of hostilities in the enclave.
In the past 24 hours alone, 79 bodies were transferred to hospitals, and 379 people were injured during this period.
Since March 18, 2025-amid a new wave of attacks-13,137 people have been killed and 56,121 wounded.
Thousands remain missing and trapped under rubble across Gaza.
At aid distribution centers over the last day, 6 palestinians were killed and 66 injured, bringing fatalities at these sites to 2,566 martyrs and 18,769 injured.
