Hamas Responds to Anti-Zionist Operation East of Qalqilya

According to the English section of webangah News agency,citing Mehr news Agency and Shehab News Agency,Hamas released a⁢ statement ⁤addressing the⁢ anti-Israeli operation carried out east of Qalqilya.

The Hamas statement saeid: “We emphasize that the heroic vehicle-ramming attack carried out by one of the resistance fighters at the Jit junction east of Qalqilya was a response to the ongoing genocidal war against‌ the Palestinian people in gaza. It was also a reaction to crimes including killings, arrests, Judaization, and settlement expansion in the ⁣West Bank and Jerusalem.”

Hamas added: “This valiant operation reflects the Palestinian people’s insistence on opposing annexation and ⁢Judaization ⁤schemes. It proves that resistance will continue as long​ as occupation persists, and efforts to suppress it will never break our ⁤people’s determination ‍or their struggle to end occupation.”

The statement continued: “We stress that settler crimes, policies of forced⁤ displacement, and daily⁢ attacks backed by the Israeli occupation army only fuel public anger and strengthen resistance in all its forms.”

Hamas called on Palestinians “to unite and ignite confrontation zones against⁣ settlers and occupiers because such fronts are the ‌strongest response to oppressive policies and‌ genocide.”

Simultaneously occurring, Israeli army radio reported on the ‍anti-Israeli attack east‌ of Qalqilya⁤ in the West Bank: A Palestinian vehicle⁤ sped ⁣toward Israeli soldiers intending ⁢to‍ run them over. The soldiers fired at the‌ attacker, killing him. During this exchange, one soldier was critically wounded by gunfire.
