Lieberman: Agreeing to increase aid to Gaza is surrendering to terrorism
The foreign minister and the former minister of war of the Zionist regime strongly criticized the increase in aid to Gaza, claiming that this is a surrender to terrorism. |
According to the report of Fars News Agency International Group, “Avigdor Lieberman”, the head of the Israel Beytna party, on Wednesday strongly criticized the decision of the Zionist government’s cabinet to agree to increase the sending of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
He said in a speech: “The cabinet’s decision to (agree to) the arrival of aid to Gaza at 400 trucks per day is a scandalous decision that only strengthens the wild people in Hamas.”
The former war minister of this regime added, “Increasing aid to Gaza is not a way to advance the war, but surrendering to terrorism.”
This The statement of this Zionist official comes while the UN Refugee Agency announced on Tuesday that the Gaza Strip has become an “uninhabitable place” due to the attacks of the Israeli regime.
Adnan Abu Hosna, the spokesperson of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for IDPs, said: “Gaza is the worst place on earth and it is becoming an uninhabitable place.”
He added: There are 1.9 million displaced people across the region, of which about 1.4 million people live in 155 schools and shelters run by the United Nations. Hamas announced in Gaza that in the ninety-five days since the war, the Zionist regime has carried out 1,944 killings, leaving 30,210 martyrs and missing.
During the Zionist attacks, more than 10,000 children and 7,000 women were martyred. Moreover, the number of martyrs of the medical staff has reached 326 people, civil defense martyrs, 45 people, and journalist martyrs have reached 112 people. They fled to the city of “Rafah” in the south of Gaza near the border with Egypt. Abu Hasna said that the number of displaced people will probably reach 1.5 million people.
The United Nations has announced that about 85 percent of the residents of Gaza have been displaced. Hundreds of thousands of residents live without shelter.
Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that one out of every 100 people in Gaza has been martyred so far. This staggering number of casualties means that one percent of the 2.27 million population of the besieged Gaza Strip has been destroyed so far.
