Lapid Warns Two Ministers of the Zionist Regime
The leader of the opposition faction in the Israeli regime warned hardline ministers against obstructing the prisoner exchange agreement.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency and Ma’a, Yair Lapid, leader of the opposition in Israel, emphasized that he will not allow two hardline ministers-Itamar Ben-gvir, Minister of National Security, and Bezalel Smotrich, minister of Finance-to derail the agreement with Hamas.
He added: “We hear their threats against the prisoner exchange agreement. We will never permit them to undermine this deal.”
Lapid stated that a majority of Knesset members and residents in the occupied territories support the Trump plan.
Earlier, Ben-Gvir and Smotrich threatened to leave Israel’s governing coalition if an agreement with Hamas is reached.
