Hezbollah Issues Statement on Second Anniversary of “Al-Aqsa Storm” Operation
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Ealam Al-Harbi, Hezbollah issued a statement Tuesday on the second anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation (October 7, 2023), reaffirming its ongoing support for the Palestinian people and their resistance.
The statement declared: “The Al-Aqsa Storm operation exposed the true face of the criminal Zionist regime.”
It continued: “On this second anniversary of the heroic battle ‘Al-Aqsa Storm,’ Hezbollah renews its oath with the steadfast Palestinian people and stands firmly beside them. These people have demonstrated unwavering resilience and patience amid suffering and pain, setting an unparalleled example of dignity and honor in confronting this criminal regime.”
Hezbollah emphasized: “From its outset, this sacred battle revealed how devoid this criminal Zionist regime is of humanity. Backed by America, it disregards all laws, resolutions, and humanitarian considerations. It violates national sovereignty while continuing crimes including massacres, starvation, displacement in Gaza-and pursues expansionist agendas.”
The statement added: “The security, stability, and future of our region depend on unified positions and cooperation among Arab and Islamic nations standing together in support of resistance against an enemy that only understands force. The Islamic Ummah must recognize that this regime is a dagger at its heart-a malignant cancerous tumor that must be uprooted before it spreads further destruction.”
Hezbollah pledged to follow in the footsteps of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Hashem Safieddineh, and other resistance martyrs. The movement saluted Palestinians who sacrificed everything as well as all resistance movements everywhere-including Iran,yemen,Iraq-and all freedom-loving peoples worldwide who voiced their support for Palestine.
The group praised “the free and resilient Palestinian nation deeply rooted in its land,” standing boldly against IsraelS killing machine.
it also honored all Palestinian resistance factions and brave fighters waging legendary battles against some of earth’s most ruthless tyrants.
The statement concluded: “This significant occasion will remain eternal-a commemoration for a nation that rose up against occupying aggressors on their land with sacrifice steadfastness-it will prevail by God’s grace. Palestine will fully return to its rightful owners despite conspiracies or collaborators.”
