According to ⁢the English section of​ webangah News Agency, citing Bloomberg via Mehr News Agency, France’s Culture Minister Roselyne Bachelot⁣ announced the‍ closure of the Louvre Museum after a reported theft.

Bachelot posted on X that a theft occurred at ‍the Louvre this morning. She added that there were ​no casualties or injuries, and‌ investigations are ongoing.

The Louvre’s official X account confirmed‌ that the museum ‍will remain closed for “specific reasons.”
