Israel Requests U.S. to Contain Ansarallah in Sharm El-Sheikh Agreement
An Israeli media outlet revealed that the regime has requested the United States to include halting Ansarullah’s attacks on ships bound for the occupied territories as a condition in the Sharm El-sheikh ceasefire agreement.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Yemen’s al-masirah network,the Israeli newspaper Calcalist reported that the port of Eilat remains closed. Shipping companies are avoiding passage through the Red Sea route toward this port, while Israel’s cabinet has taken no effective measures to resolve this situation.
The newspaper added that eilat’s port management contacted the U.S. embassy, requesting that Israel’s blockade in the Red Sea be addressed within the framework of a Sharm El-Sheikh agreement.
