Yedioth Ahronoth: All Responsible for October 7 Dismissed Except Netanyahu!
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and the palestinian Shehab News Agency, the Hebrew-language newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth published an article by Nadav Eyal referencing the removal of Tzachi Hanegbi, Israel’s national Security Advisor. The article stated: “There is no longer any excuse. Last night, with Hanegbi’s dismissal, Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu remains the only senior official who has not paid a price for his responsibility over the October 7 failure.”
The newspaper added that since October 7, Israel’s Chief of Staff, defense Minister, Shin Bet head, Military Intelligence chief, commander of the Southern Command, and Gaza Division commander have all been dismissed.
yedioth emphasized that everyone involved in what it called “the greatest defeat in Israel’s history” must accept responsibility. Therefore, despite all speeches, messages, and tears, it is now Netanyahu’s turn to go home.
