White House: Putin-Trump Meeting Still Possible
The White House announced that a meeting between the U.S. president and his Russian counterpart remains possible.
According to the English section of webangah news Agency, citing mehr News Agency and Al jazeera, the White House stated that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President donald Trump is still feasible.
The White House also declared that the time has come to impose new sanctions against russia.
It added that Trump’s frustration with the slow progress in resolving the Ukraine crisis is shared by both sides involved in the conflict.
The White House emphasized its expectation that new sanctions will considerably impact Moscow.
Furthermore, it reported that India has reduced its purchases of Russian oil in response to Trump’s request.
